Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.
The delivery time will be between 10 to 25 business days. 
If there are customs delays and the shipment is held in Australia, this time until clearance does not count as the delivery time.


We take care to choose suppliers who not only offer competitive prices and quality but also expedite shipping times. 
After the stipulated timeframe, we recommend that you contact the Post Office to clarify the reason for the delay.


If the postal service does not have possession of your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers. 
Upon confirming that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund immediately after these verification steps.


The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.


If your order was made by Bank slip, the time between payment and bank clearance can take up to 5 business days.
